You can’t get any better than the one on one training Chelle provides. She puts together a routine just for me to obtain my goals. Pants I haven’t worn in a while fit again, and now I have to wear belts when I put my jeans on!  I meet with Chelle once a week, and the rest of the week I follow the routine she gives me at home. After 3 weeks, my clothes started fitting me better. My 4th session I was able to do 30 push ups.  I have more strength. I have more energy at the end of my work day, and I’m also sleeping much better at night. I signed up for 10 sessions; money well worth spent on myself.  Thank you, Chelle!
